Bridget Corey, DPM

Dr. Bridget Corey was born and raised in Hollidaysburg, PA and is a proud Central Pennsylvania native. During high school and college, she was an avid tennis player and dancer. This landed her in a podiatrist office with sports injuries and sparked her interest in podiatry. Dr. Corey is a dedicated physician and member of the community who wants to provide the best treatment to keep patients on their feet in the central PA area.

Dr. Corey received her undergraduate education in Biochemistry and Cell Biology at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA and attended medical school at Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. After graduating in 2012, she completed a three-year residency at Ohio State Wexner Medical Center focusing on foot and ankle surgery.

Dr. Corey is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and has professional memberships with the APMA, PPMA, and ABPM. She has hospital affiliations with Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, UPMC Altoona, and Encompass Health Altoona. Dr. Corey specializes in diabetic foot care, wound care, sports medicine, orthotics, fungal nails, heel pain, elective foot surgery, and ingrown toenail procedures. She has been in practice since 2012.

Out of the office, Dr. Corey is a wife and a mother of 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time with her family.

Martha Klingbeil, DPM

Dr. Martha Klingbeil was born and raised in Hollidaysburg, PA and is excited to be back in her home community.

Dr. Klingbeil completed her undergraduate education in Biology Pre-Medicine with a minor in Psychology at Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, PA. She attended medical school at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, IA. She completed her three year surgical residency training at Heritage Valley Beaver Medical Center in Beaver, PA.

Dr. Klingbeil is board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in forefoot and rearfoot surgery. She has professional memberships with the APMA, PPMA, and ABPM. She has hospital affiliations with Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, UPMC Altoona, and Encompass Health Altoona. Dr. Klingbeil specializes in sports medicine and injuries, bunions, hammertoes, ankle and heel pain, diabetic foot care and wound care. She just recently joined the practice in 2022.

Elle McConnell, NP-C

Elle McConnell is also a Hollidaysburg native who is happy to be practicing in her hometown. Elle received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Aloysius College. She worked as a Registered Nurse in Emergency Medicine for 5 years. Elle then received her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She is a certified nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Elle is also a Certified Foot Care Nurse through the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurses Society.

Elle is passionate about at-risk foot care, wound care, diabetic education, health promotion, including the promotion of a healthy foot. She treats patients at the Blair Foot and Ankle outpatient clinic with issues including, but not limited to, wounds, infection, pain, ingrown nails, and plantar fasciitis. Elle approaches her practice from a whole-body approach, focusing on how one’s whole body affects specific problems.
Elle is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners; the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners; Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurses Society, as well as the Wound Care Specialty Practice Group of AANP.

Elle is a wife and mother to one. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, and spending time with family, her two English Bulldogs, and her close group of girlfriends.
